Edidiong Ekwere is the General Manager in charge of Strategy & Business Transformation at Dorman Long Engineering Limited. As a seasoned and accomplished senior executive, she has an impressive track record of driving business transformation, achieving outstanding business and leadership results, and guiding organizations towards sustainable growth. With over two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in executing long-term goals at DLE, and utilizing data-driven insights to ensure growth, efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. Her expertise also extends to delivering exceptional customer experience, digital transformation, business value optimization, and process improvement.  She is skilled at forging strategic partnerships and developing long-term growth strategies, all while being committed to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations.

She has a diverse background, having worked in both the upstream and downstream sectors and successfully spearheaded million-dollar projects. Prior to joining Dorman Long Engineering Limited, she served at Ardova Plc and prior to that, spent over 13 years at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo).

Her areas of specialization include strategic execution leadership, managing large-scale transformation projects, utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies, and employing data analysis for data-driven decision making. Edidiong holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington DC, USA, as well as a PG Certification focused on Geosciences from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a BSc from the University of Calabar. She has acquired numerous certifications in Leadership, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, Strategy Execution, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Project Management, Product Management, and Agile SCRUM.

Being an active member of prestigious organizations like the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Edidiong remains deeply engaged in her professional community.
